Add Food Item

This is where you add the food that you're eating to your list. You can select from foods that you've recently entered into your list, select from food items that have a high amount of a certain food group, or search for foods by key words. Once you've found the food item that you were looking for, just click on it then change the time, meal or portion amount if needed. By selecting a different portion, the food statistics automatically change so you can make an informed decision on what is a proper portion size for you.
